A beautiful Kuan Yin statue made from new jade that stands about 10cm high and is 4.2cm wide x 3.3cm deep.

Kuan Yin is a Bodhisattva ( a person who is able to reach nirvana but delays doing so through compassion for suffering beings) associated with compassion.

She is often referred to as the "most widely beloved Buddhist Divinity" with miraculous powers to assist all those who pray to her,

She was first given the title "Goddess of Mercy" or "Mercy Goddess" by Jesuit missionaries in China, but it has stayed with her ever since.

Kuan Yin is also known as Kwan Yin and Guanyin.
